magic on sunday: ➰ déjà vu ➰

i've been having déjà vu a lot lately. like almost every day this week.

this morning i went down a black hole of psychology today articles about what it could mean, and promptly stopped when it said that i might have epilepsy, but not before reading that it’s often a result of being stressed.

i don’t really know what to say this week. i am stressed. lots of travel recently. work. the insane state of our country. i just don’t really know how to make sense of it all.

this weekend i’ve tried to disengage a bit. to get some good rest and come up for air – that’s about as far as i can see for the time being, and i’m working really hard to give myself the permission to just sit still.

sometimes the best we all can do is take a pause. if you need one, take one.
